FAQs
Can I purchase extra photos if I like more than 10?
Definitely! You get to choose from a preselection of 40-50 photos, and you can order as many as you want. Above the 10 photos that are included in the package, you can get them for 50 AED each.
Is there a dress code for this location?
Wahat al Karama is officially a war monument, which means we have to dress respectfully. The security is not fully clear about the exact rules, but mini skirts, hot pants, crop tops and open backs are not allowed. I advise to be on the safe side, and cover knees and shoulders, just to be sure.
Can I get more frames, or a bigger size?
Yes you can! You can get as many photos framed as you like. If you’d like to change your A4 print for a bigger size, you can just pay the difference.
How many people can join in the session?
I allow families up to 7 people for the mini session. If you’d like to go to this location with a bigger group, you can book a full session with me, as we will need the full hour.
We are fasting during Ramadan, would that be a problem for the session?
It’s very important that everyone feels fit and happy during a session, because we want everyone to look their best in the pictures. We don’t have any flexibility to move the session to earlier in the day, it’s always right before Iftar because that’s when the sun is in the right place for the photos. Only you can decide if you are comfortable doing a shoot at the end of a fasting day. As it’s very important to me to respect everyone’s religious practices, I keep a few spots after Ramadan where I extend the offer. These are on weekdays only, and reserved for those who fast during Ramadan.
